Internships
Goal
The purpose of an internship at Redemption is to train you for the ministry God made you for. Whether full-time vocational ministry, or working a vocation outside the context of the local church with gospel-intentionality, our goal is to help you assess, confirm and prepare for that calling. Both internships are unpaid.
3-Month Summer Internship
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commit a minimum of 20 hrs/week
- Must attend Intro to Redemption
Description:
- Interns will participate in the life of Redemption Bible Church
- Interns will assist Staff and Missional Team Leaders in administrative tasks
- Interns will attend all staff, planning, and equipping meetings
- Interns will serve in various roles to assist in the Sunday morning worship gathering
Application due 5/22
9-Month Intensive Internship
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commit a minimum of 20 hrs/week
- Must be able to commit to the full 9 months
- Must attend Intro to Redemption
Description:
- Interns will participate in the life of Redemption Bible Church
- Interns will assist Staff and Missional Team Leaders in administrative tasks
- Interns will be given a focused area of ministry and/or leadership
- Interns will attend weekly staff meetings and equipping meetings with Pastor Ryan
- Interns will serve in various roles to assist in the Sunday morning worship gathering
