Our Team

I grew up in Des Plaines and came to faith in Jesus Christ during my freshman year of college. Since then, God has used His Word, the local church, and the encouragement of other believers to deepen my faith and teach me the importance of serving others.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in several churches, in children’s ministry, as well as on various church committees. These opportunities have strengthened my appreciation for the local church and for the many ways God equips His people to serve one another.

I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in finance and later attended law school. After graduating, I had the opportunity to join my father, J. Clayton MacDonald, in his law practice and work alongside him for many years. Through the integrity, compassion, and care he showed to others, he modeled for me what it means to be a true servant.

My wife, Noreen, and I live in Des Plaines and have two adult children, Brad and Jenny. I am grateful for God’s faithfulness throughout my life and for the opportunity to continue growing in Christ and serving His church.
