Journeys, The Road Home

Palatine, IL

Journeys provides both shelter and social services to the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in northwest suburban Chicago. Throughout the pandemic we have been able to support their emergency hotel shelter programming by sponsoring one hotel room each month through our Hands & Feet fund.

Formation Church

Sandy, UT

Ryan Huguley, our founding pastor, and his wife Tami planted Formation Church in Salt Lake City. While one of the fastest growing cities in America, less than 3% of the population are participating in a Bible-believing church. Their vision is for Formation to be a safe place for hurting people to find healing relationship with Jesus as they seek to help people position their lives for formational relationship with Jesus through weekly worship, contemplative practice, formation groups and the pursuit of emotional healings. It is an honor to be able to partner with Ryan, Tyler, the families from Redemption who have moved west to join them, and everyone at Formation Church!

White Stone Counseling

Palatine, IL

Redemption is place where it’s ok to not be ok; where it’s ok to ask for help. That is why we have partnered with White Stone Counseling, where professional counselors and therapists are able to come alongside and provide the counseling services we need, when we need them. Financial support is also available to those in our church family who are in need of assistance.

Rio Grande Bible College, Edinburg, TX / Avant Ministries

Jack is teaching at Rio Grande Bible College to train and mentor missionaries from throughout all Latin America to go and make disciples anywhere and everywhere in the world.

Tom & Michele O’Brien

Christar, Eastern Asia

Tom and Michele have served with Christar since 1985,  working to plant indigenous churches in Southeast Asia. They focus on learning local languages as they evangelize, disciple, mentor, & built teams.  A new challenge starts in January 2018 when they transition to directing Christar’s Church Planting Division in East Asia.

David & Rebecca Pater

Les Deux Rives Church, Toulouse, France / Impact France

David was a member at Redemption from 2010-2014. During this time he completed a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and was drawn by an opportunity to plant a church in Toulouse, France, a city of few gospel-centered churches. David has served the church in Toulouse since early 2014 and continues to minister there today by using his gifts of teaching, music, and discipleship. David plans to spend his life pastoring in France, and we are honored to partner with him and his ministry.

CRU

Kimmie serves with Global Aid Network® (GAiN®), the humanitarian ministry of Cru®. GAiN expresses the kindness of Jesus through its three programs of food and agriculture, water, and critical aid, opening the door for the gospel to go forth. Their mission is to Relieve suffering, Restore Dignity, and Reveal Hope by serving people in some of the toughest places on earth. GAiN accomplishes its mission in partnership with international Cru missionaries to help them increase their effectiveness and gain access to new communities. Kimmie serves as an international trip leader for GAiN by taking groups of volunteers overseas to help accomplish this important work!

Becca Wells & Kailynd Tubb

Chicago Eagles

Becca & Kailynd serve in West Chicago as residents with the Chicago Eagles, whose mission is to use soccer as a platform to share the Gospel with athletes and families in the Chicago area. They serve in various ways as coaches, teaching the game of soccer, and ministering to their players as well as children in their community.
