Discuss the Questions:

  1. What did the Lord provide the children of Israel to shade and guide them as they were traveling?  (A cloud that led them)

  2. What did the Lord provide at night to give them light and warmth?  (A pillar of fire)

  3. When they ran out of food, what did the Lord provide?  (Manna every morning & quail at night)

  4. When they ran out of water, how did the Lord provide?  (He made water come out of a rock)

  5. Why did the Lord get angry with Moses?  (Because he struck the rock)

  6. Where did the Lord give Moses the 10 Commandments?  (Mt. Sanai)

  7. What did the Israelites do when Moses was on the mountain?  (Built an idol and worshipped it)

  8. When Moses saw it what did he do?  (Broke the tablets with the 10 Commandments on them against the rocks)
