Two Commands:

  1. Obey what God has said (v1)

  2. Remember what God has done (v2a)

Remembering what God has done leads to:

  1. Our faithfulness to God (v2b,6)

  2. Our gratitude toward God (v3a,4)

  3. Recognizing our dependance on God (v3b)

  4. Appreciating God’s love (v5)

  5. Our worship of God (v7-10)

Forgetting what God has done:

  1. Leads to our disobedience (v11)

  2. Fills us with pride (v12-18)

  3. Leads to our destruction (v19-20)
